REGULATION OF B&B “SELVA GRANDE”
• The following rules are part of the general conditions of contract, whose acceptance is implied with booking;
• Reservations made by mail or phone only have the value of “availability request”, which become confirmed only by e-mail or fax;
• Arrival time shall be no later than 15:00; different times, if required, will be agreed at the time of booking;
• The accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
• At arrival time, documents – passport, identity card or driving license – should be given to the conductor for registration and low obligations.
• The payment balance will be given in cash at arrival, if needed, and will not be given back in case of anticipated departure.
• Regulation of B&B “Selva Grande” and the rules of the Municipal Police require silence during the hours between 24:00 and 8:00. Within the structure behaviors that can disturb other people must be avoided;
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the area outside the house;
• Apartments are delivered clean and in order, and as well must be delivered by customers;
• The fee only includes the final cleaning and not tidying them daily, and waste removal should be paid by the guest;
• Apartments and rooms are not equipped with safety deposit box or other security system, therefore it exempts the B&B owner from responsibility for the theft or damage to property or personal property left in the client’s room or apartment.
• Particular attention should be paid to house keys; their loss will result in the replacement of the lock of the front door and its charge equals to 200.00€;
• No pets are allowed;
• Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
• The gas stove is fueled and please carefully reseal after use the master cock.
• The consumption of water, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning are included in the cost of living;
• The ITALIAN BREAKFAST is included in the cost of living.
